Karbochem (Pty) Ltd  is a South African manufacturer of various types of synthetic rubber
targeted at the tyre and retreading markets as well as
industrial rubber converters and sports goods manufacturers.
The production sites are located at Sasolburg and Newcastle.
The Synthetic Latex Co (Pty) Ltd  produces SB latex
for the local carpet, textiles, paper, construction, adhesive,
road, paint and automotive industries, while
Orchem (Pty) Ltd  is a supplier of rubber chemicals and
related products to the tyre and associated industries.
Both these companies are 100% subsidiaries of Karbochem
and are located at the Karbochem site at Sasolburg.
